Letetia Ware is an owner operator of Tasmanian Gourmet Garlic, a garlic seed production and breeding business in Southern Tasmania.

She has over 20 years experience of growing garlic, from 1,000m2 market garden production up to 3 hectare broadacre production that produced 20 tonne per annum. Letetia has experience in both conventional and certified organic production and provides professional consulting services to a range of commercial garlic growers throughout Australia.

She is a past Chair of the Australian Garlic Industry Association, a multi-award medal winner for her garlic, and has appeared on Australian Gardening Australia and Matthew Evans Gourmet Farmer television series.

Letetia is also an experienced trainer and has run workshops with Landcare, NRMA, Tafe and directly through her business on both Soil Fertility using organic and biological management and Commercial Garlic Growing using technical management practices.
