Great opportunity to meet and network with other farmers in the region focussing on small scale, regenerative ecological farm systems.

We will be visiting Lizzie Buscaino & Gianluigi Buscaino at Piccolo Farm.
Piccolo Farm is an organic small scale market garden on Sydneys urban fringe supplying vegetables, edible flowers and a weekly CSA - Community Supported Agriculture - veggie box.
They follow permaculture principles and integrate community engagement and education into their enterprise.

Come and hear the journey of this dynamic duo from hospitality, to pastured quails to growing quality produce. 
A really awesome opportunity to talk with farmers who have direct experience working with the restaurant trade about how to engage with chefs and their strategy to survive and thrive through the challenges of covid19
