"good food is inseparable from good farming" - Young Farmers Connect SEQLD Field Day : a journey from the dinner table back to the seed
Come and join the SEQLD - Young Farmers Connect network for their next field day on a journey from the dinner table back to the seed. Please Note – This event is a ticketed event as numbers are limited - only ticket holders can attend.
This special event field day will include a farm walk, guest speakers and social as we explore how good food is inseparable from good farming. This is a great opportunity to meet and network with other farmers in the region focused on small scale, regenerative ecological farm systems, as well as hear from experts in complimentary fields.
We are very excited to welcome 3 guest speakers on the day;
Alanna Sapwell – award winning chef, previous head chef of ARC Dining

Located in Mapleton in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, this small scale family run farm is growing a range of heirloom, annual and perennial fruit and vegetables using regenerative farming methods and philosophies.
