An amazing opportunity exists to join the growing team at Chaffin Creek Farm in Northern NSW

"We are an expanding Regenerative Family Farm that works on biodynamic and organic principles.

We currently run approximately 900 laying pasture raised hens and 50 head of cattle. Our goal is to run a holistically managed farm, with a focus on soil health, incorporating multiple species, a high level of biodiversity, producing and supplying local markets with ethical and nutrient dense food, that is environmentally, socially and economically resilient.

We are looking for a motivated, innovative person, to help grow our operation and be a real solution for local food markets, regenerative land management, circular economies, low food miles, local food security and resilience.

● Set up and manage suburban market garden at new cafe in Ulmarra. Garden space approx 400m2

● Set up and manage new market garden / syntropic space at Chaffin creek farm, Pillar Valley. 450 acres over 2 properties, within 15 minutes of Ulmarra.

● Supply our cafes in Yamba and Ulmarra as well as Yamba Icecreamery, with produce grown on our family farm.

● Supply additional customers and markets as we grow

Profit share and expansion available for the right person. The model is negotiable to reduce risk and create opportunities for both parties.

Accomodation available as part of the package if required

Additional farm work would also be available with experience in Cattle / Chicken management and Fencing being highly regarded.
