Regenerative egg business share farm - Tasmania
Join Tas Ag Co as it expands to regenerative eggs!
As part of our commitment to biodiversity and regenerative farming, Tas Ag Co is expanding beyond beef, and we're starting with eggs! We've got the land, and the brand, and we're looking for someone to come onboard and manage an exciting new regenerative egg business with us.
We want to launch a mobile, pasture-raised egg business with chook tractors integrating and working with our rotationally grazed cattle operation.
Do you have experience with chickens/eggs?
Are you keen to run an egg business but don't have the land?
Do you want to get involved with regenerative farming but don't know how?
Do you want to be part of an innovative, young team that's only just getting started?
If you're someone who shares our vision and wants to join us, we'd love to chat. You don't have to be an egg farmer to apply. We need someone with initiative, street smarts, a passion for regen ag, and the ability and willingness to manage the egg operation with a lot support around you.
How it's all structured is entirely up to the right candidate and for Tas Ag Co to discuss. We're very open to ideas. For example, could join our team as a wage-taker, a share-farmer, or if you're keen for some more skin in the game, you can invest in the business, equipment, chooks, who knows. Let's chat!
