FULL-TIME EXPERIENCED MARKET GARDENER Seeking a skilled and hardworking market gardener with a strong work ethic, to join our team immediately on a full-time basis (at least 4 days/week) Working in a small team, demonstrating shared responsibility, this is a unique opportunity to be involved in all aspects of running a market garden.

It’s the busiest time of year and the race is on to establish winter crop! A senior member of staff is leaving to start a new venture, and as we bid Thanisa farewell and wish her all the very best, there are some big farm boots to fill.

We’re a 2.5 acre bio-intensive organic market garden, located in Willowmavin (1 hr north of Melbourne). Prior experience is essential, having either completed a past internship or a full season in a market garden. Current manual driver licence needed.
