Regenerative Farming Cooperative Opportunity [ March 8 ]
Farming collaboration opportunity
Three Gullies Farm - Mount Fairy NSW 2580
Five years ago, Leisa and James created Three Gullies Farm. “We have always been interested in cooperative frameworks. We want to collaborate in a holistic way for more than just profit. We recognise that farming must be about how we regenerate natural systems and how we build community on and off farm to make that happen. Farm infrastructure is in place and we are ready to explore opportunities with new and emerging farmers wanting to develop micro farming activities consistent with our values and land management goals. What’s important to us is carbon sequestration, restoring ecosystem function and connection to local community. So, we are pretty open to what our next collaboration might be as long as it fits with our model and values.”
Complimentary micro enterprises that might be considered include: free range chickens / eggs, market garden, micro dairy or forms of food and fibre processing connecting Three Gullies produce to the local food community.
Three Gullies Farm is located on unceded Gundungarra country in the Southern Tablelands, halfway between Canberra and Goulburn in NSW.
