Certified organic (In Conversion) market garden and seed producer looking for a fit and enthusiastic farm hand with a strong interest in organic horticulture.

Experience in gardening, farming, and machinery would be useful but ability to stay motivated in all weather conditions and while completing repetitive tasks is essential.

This role will include lots of manual labor including hand weeding, hand planting and hand harvesting.

Starting with one to two days per week on a casual basis with the aim to increase this as the business grows.

Located in beautiful Tooperang, near Mount Compass.
