Organic Market Garden Farm Hands - Wallacia, NSW

Based in Wallacia NSW, We currently have open 2 -4 full-time positions for farmhands within our farming operations and are looking for a self-motivated and experienced candidate to join our team. You'll provide support with growing activities, including ground preparation, tractor work, and irrigation for vegetable crops, along with routine maintenance to ensure the farm operates efficiently.

Your duties will include (but are not limited to);

- General day to day farm duties

- Operation of various farming machinery

- Planting, irrigation and harvesting

- Assist with maintenance of farm machinery, plant, and equipment

The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role or has interest in learning farm work. You need a positive attitude and be physically able to keep up with the content of activities you'll be performing.

To be considered for the role, it's important you can address the following criteria

Previous experience in a similar role

A valid Driver's licence is preferred

Dedicated to safe and positive team culture

A strong work ethic with attention to detail

Friendly and reliable

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
